Position Description Qualifications

Instructor-Math

Part time, evening hours. For new branches in California (San Francisco, Berkeley, Palo Alto and Fremont) Master degree with Major in Math is required.
(European education is a big plus)

Instructor-English

(July only)

For 3-4 week Summer Programs in Fremont and Los Altos. Up to 4 hours a day of teaching your own  curriculum focused on Critical Thinking and Logic. Master degree in language arts or related fields is required.
Teachers credentials are not important.
(Experience with SAT I Preparation (verbal part) is preferred)

Instructor-Science

(July only)

For 3-4 week Summer Programs in Fremont and Los Altos. Up to 4 hours a day of teaching your own Math related Science curriculum with Hands-On activities in small group setting. (K - 7). Master degree in Math or Science is required.
Teaching experience (credentials are not important).

Art Teacher

(July only)

For 3-4 week Summer Programs in Fremont and Los Altos. Up to 3 hours of teaching your own Hands-On Geometry focused curriculum in small group setting. (K - 7). Teaching experience (credentials are not important).

Grant Writer

(Unpaid position)

Research and identify viable grant opportunities for the organization as well as prepare and submit grant applications, letters of inquiry and formal proposals according to the grant guidelines for approval by the Classic Math School before submitting to the grant maker Excellent writing skills is a must.

Knowledge about educational issues preferred though not required.
